Come out to celebrate the FIRST EVER Croatian Heritage Night with the Detroit Pistons, on Monday, December 26, 2022! The Pistons will be taking on the Los Angeles Clippers at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit. What is truly special about this night is that there is a Croatian player on each team. Bojan Bogdanovic is the newest Piston, and Ivica Zubac plays with the Clippers. Both hail from Mostar!
Doors open at 5:30 p.m. Arrive early because at 6:30 pm, there will be a special Croatian Heritage pre-game performance starting with the “Klapa Kartolina” singers from Windsor, Ontario followed by Detroit’s own “Nova Nada” and friends with a rousing dance medley on the basketball court. That will be followed by 40 lucky kids who will participate in both the Pistons and Clippers High Five Tunnels at 6:50 p.m. If interested, please send your name(s) to katabeslic@gmail.com . The game begins at 7:00 p.m. Make sure you get your exclusive Croatian Heritage Pistons T-shirt that is included in your purchase! Enjoy the game from either the lower level endzone, upper level endzone, or the North End Club. The club includes all you can eat hot dogs, nachos, popcorn, pretzels, water, and soft drinks. A private bar will be available with your favorite drinks for purchase.

Dođite i proslavite PRVU Noć hrvatske baštine s Detroit Pistonsima, u ponedjeljak, 26. prosinca 2022! Pistonsi će igrati protiv Los Angeles Clippersa u Little Caesars Areni u Detroitu. Ono što će uistinu biti posebno u ovoj večeri, je to što će u obje momčadi igrati po jedan hrvatski košarkaš. Bojan Bogdanović je najnoviji Piston, a Ivica Zubac igra u Clippersima. Obojica su Mostarci!
Vrata se otvaraju u 17:30. Dođite čim prije, jer prije utakmice – točnije u 18:30, će se održati poseban nastup proslave Hrvatske baštine koji će započeti s pjevačima “Klape Kartolina” iz Windsora, Ontario, nakon čega će uslijediti folklorna grupa “Nova Nada” iz Detroita s prijateljima i prikazati raskoš hrvatskih narodnih plesova na košarkaškom terenu. Nakon toga 40-oro djece će sudjelovati u Pistons i Clippers “High Five – Tunnels” u 18:50. Ako ste zainteresirani, pošaljite svoje ime(na) na katabeslic@gmail.com .
